Dear Board Members,

The 2017-2018 SVCACA Executives Election will be held on June 21, 2017.

Please sign up your attendance.

1.       President Candidates – Julia Hsiao (please see attachment for Julia’s resume)

2.       3 Vice Presidents and General Secretary – To be nominated from 89 board members.

3.       CFO – To be assigned by new President.

4.       Qualified voters – 89 SVCACA board members.

5.        If any member can not attend for voting, a signed power attorney need to be present for voting, ( please see attachment for Proxy authorization form) Please submit authorization letter on or before 06/19/2017 so we can prepare voting paper.

6.       Effective period of new leadership – August 1^st, 2017 to July 31^st, 2018.
