Sheena Chang was born in Taiwan. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Insurance from Tamkang University in Taiwan, Sheena traveled across Pacific Ocean in 1987 to New York to pursue a career in International Trading.
1993 Sheena moved to Silicon Valley and built the global headquarter of Vantec Thermal Technologies (www.vantecusa.com) in Fremont.  Vantec established Taiwan branch office in 2001 and Shenzhen in 2007. Vantec is a leading brand of computer accessories that provides a complete line of Storage, Thermal, and Mobile solutions.  The company has been a long time member of Silicon Valley Chinese American Computer & Commerce Association (www.SVCACA.com)   and actively involves in the association’s activities including strengthen the size and energy of its membership base.
November 2012, Vantec Thermal Technologies received “State of Small Business” by California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce.  Vantec is the sole recipient of this award in the entire California.
Sheena also serves as a board member of Chinese American Real Estate Association (www.carea.org ). During her involvement at the Association, Sheena volunteered her time to put many seminars to benefic members and provide a platform for real estate professionals and related industries to make connections.

Jeffrey Chinche Huang (黃勁徹) was born in Taiwan.  He was the CEO of ChoChi Auto Parts Limited Company in Taiwan from 1980 to 1992.
1993 Jeffrey moved to Silicon Valley and built the global headquarter of Vantec Thermal Technologies (www.vantecusa.com) with his wife Sheena Chang in Fremont. Currently Jeffrey serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for the company. Vantec established Taiwan branch office in 2001 and Shenzhen in 2007. Vantec is a leading brand of computer accessories that provides a complete line of Storage, Thermal, and Mobile solutions.
In addition to Vantec, Mr. Huang also manages and develops real estate projects with several properties in its portfolio.  Projects include custom home construction, shopping center, industrial building.

Jeffrey was elected two terms of the President of Silicon Valley Chinese American Computer & Commerce Association (SVCACA; www.svcaca.com).  He volunteered countless hours for Association’s activities and strengthens and doubled the membership base during his presidency.
